Tholmarezakeo aims to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Norwegian consumer law.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw within this period. We will refund payments received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your withdrawal.

Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging where reasonable. We may deduct from the refund any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
